I think it's possible for it to hit upwards of 700 000 the first week, but I think his claim of 1 mil the first week was kind of silly.

Doctors Advocate is a well put together album, this album was much needed in Hip Hop.

He didnt do a Mil, but is anyone shocked. That is damn near impossible with all the "leaking" on the internet going on. Game pretty much went Gold his first week out on the success of a street single. Thank God he didnt have to go the Club route or "Snap" his fingers to get radio airplay

Selling big in the first week looks good.. but longevity over time and total sales is what counts... so verdict is still out.

Good numbers no doubt but I remember when he was with G unit he sold 500k his first week so if those numbers are correct then he's had a slight dropoff from his debut album. I'm sure in his mind he was thinking a million the first week because he thinks he's that big. Plus he had two hits with those numbers. I mean if he thinks he's the new 50cent of hp hop his first week numbers should have went up on his second album like 50's did.
