Diddy's Topless Lawsuit Dismissed!

Maria Dominguez sued Sean Combs and a Vibe magazine back in 2006, after it published topless photographs of her with the star at his annual White Party.
Maria Dominguez filed a $3 million (GBP1.6 million) claim against Combs and Vibe magazine for the November 2006 article which featured images of her.
Dominguez claimed that Combs and the publication violated her right to privacy by using pictures of her at the rapper's White Party event without her permission.
She also claimed the magazine article amounted to advertising for the rapper and his label, Bad Boy Entertainment Inc.
But New York state judge Justice Doris Ling-Cohan threw out the case on Tuesday (23Sep08), saying Dominguez couldn't expect privacy at such a public event.
She ruled, "Sean Combs and his renowned annual White Party are subjects of tremendous public interest, attracting the steady attention of the public and many news organizations."
Another lawsuit dismissed for Mr. Combs...he can't stop, he won't stop...Bad Boy baby!
