Pastor Troy To Walk Roy Jones Jr. To The Ring; Rick Ross Out?
HHNLive.com previously reported that Rick Ross would be walking Roy Jones Jr. to the ring this Saturday however we have now been told that Pastor Troy will be handling those duties and only him leaving Rick Ross out in the cold.
Roy Jones Jr. will face Felix “Tito” Trinidad, this Saturday, January 19, 2008 at Madison Square Garden.
Roy Jones, Jr contacted Pastor Troy personally last week and asked the legendary rap artist to walk him to the ring and perform the intro song he requested Pastor Troy to write months ago titled "Bring On The Titans".
Pastor Troy and the eight-time world champion spoke just hours ago discussing details of their grand entrance scheduled this weekend.
A representative told HHNLive.com the following when asked if Rick Ross would be joining Pastory Troy for the walk to the ring:
"No it has been confirmed that only Pastor Troy will walk Roy Jones Jr to the ring".
The domestic pay-per-view telecast will begin at 9 pm ET/6 pm PT and is being produced and distributed by HBO Pay-Per-View. This domestic telecast will be available in HDTV for those viewers who can receive HD.
