The Source Magazine/Biggie Tribute Issue

It's been 10 years since the passing of one of the Dons of rap music Notorious BIG and the game has changed so much. Unfortunately so has the once Don of hip hop print media, "The Source" magazine. I was expecting a lot more from the "Hip Hop Bible" to honor the 10th anniversary of Biggie's death but all I got was one article.
Don't get me wrong, the article was very well written and definitely honoured BIG to the fullest but to me, 10 years later warrants more than a couple pages of text and a few more pictures.
You know, I don't like being negative but this issue was not up to par with past ones I've read. A 24 page advertisement for Rocawear seemed more like a way to fill the obviously lacking content. Advertising upcoming shows being put on by the magazine also looks half-ass.
I did like the Trick Daddy article and the little three questions asked to Ice T.
The little piece on white girls running the female r&b / hip hop game right now was alright. However it kind of took the perspective of hating on Fergie, Gwen Stefani and Nelly Furtado. What got me was the quote by Kawan Parther, Executive VP of Urban A&R from Sony about white female pop artists and that if it they were black they probably wouldn't be successful because "Black people expect substance from each other". Is he serious? Is he looking at the current state of hip hop right now?!!??!!??! I don't see or hear or feel any substance.
To conclude, I thought this issue should have been more of a BIG tribute but hey, they filled it with advertisements instead. But that's not even the worst part. I found a spelling mistake (page 24 at the top) and some grammar errors. Step your game up!
